From scheduling to logistics, you'll be responsible for ensuring events run smoothly and successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events from start to finish
Manage event logistics, including venue booking, catering, and transportation
Assist clients with scheduling and communication with attendees
Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site or virtual event issues
Qualifications:
Proven experience in event planning or coordination (minimum 1-2 years)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple events simultaneously
